Do Gaia Natural Home products kill germs?
Our All-Purpose Cleaner Concentrate and Foaming Soap Concentrate are not tested or labeled as disinfectants or sanitizers. Our products remove dirt, grime, grease, germs, etc from a surface. Essential oils add additional cleansing properties, making our formulas super powerful.
Can I use my own bottles?
If you prefer to use your own bottles please do so...REUSE is the keyword here and if you can reuse and repurpose a bottle that's great!
Do you have Starter Kits with glass bottles?
Yes! Gaia Natural Home is emphasizing glass and reducing the use of plastic. All of our starter kits includes a 16oz reusable glass bottle.
Why is my Concentrate a different color?
Because we use a significant amount of pure essential oils each blend may look a little different from another. Some blends are lighter in nature and some are more yellow in nature.
What testing has been done on your products?
All of our products have undergone extensive testing and products have a shelf life of over 2 years.
Do you have containers for the Foaming Soap Concentrate?
We currently offer 8oz foam soap containers and are looking to add additional glass options. We are also working on offering a foaming spray nozzle for a 16oz foaming spray dish soap!
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted in our system.
Where can I find a copy of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received. You can also retrieve a copy of your order at any time by logging into your account and selecting order history.
Why is my credit card not working?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered wrong, the card may have expired, reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. My promo code isn't working, what should I do?
If the promo code you've entered cannot be applied to your order, please check that the code was entered correctly and that your order has qualified for the promotion. Promo codes are not case sensitive and will never contain spaces. Also, be sure to click the apply button after adding the promo code to your bucket. Promo codes must be applied to your order at checkout to qualify for a promotion; promotional discounts cannot be applied once the order is submitted. Do you ship to my country?
We currently only ship to U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii). Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders to other countries, including Canada, at this time.
Free shipping on all orders over $40
Shipping costs will be waived at checkout for orders of $40 or more. Tax does not count toward order total.
Has my order shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. You can also check the shipment status of your order at any time by logging in to your account and clicking order history.
What Is your refund policy?
How Do I cancel or edit my order?
Because we start processing your order as soon as it is submitted, we cannot cancel or edit your order after it is submitted. If you still have concerns, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll make it right.
Why was my order cancelled?
Unfortunately, from time-to-time we have to cancel an order or a portion of an order due to product being unavailable or out-of-stock at the time of shipment. Your order may also be cancelled if the shipping carrier was unable to complete the delivery or the shipment was damaged in transit. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation and a full refund (including shipping and handling fees) will automatically be processed for the portion of the order that was cancelled.
The tracking shows that my package delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Sometimes a package gets scanned as delivered, but it is really still on the delivery truck or it was dropped off at the wrong address. If the package does not deliver to you after a day or two, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We'll investigate and make sure you get your order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order placement. We always send an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order ships. Upon shipment, orders generally arrive within 1-5 business days dependent on delivery location.
